"This was purchased as a birthday gift for my daughter in Los Angeles, CA. It was signed for at 3:35pm and the temps that day were in the 70"s. Needless to say, the cake arrrived partially melted, and it looked as though it had fallen over as the chocolate was smeared on the plastic dome. If I had known that UPS was going to take that long, it started out on the delivery truck at 7:20am, I would have paid extra for morning delivery instead of traveling all day in a non-refrigerated truck. She did say that it was delicious, even though she had to put it back in the fridge for several hours before she attempted to eat it."

"I got this cake delivered to my home for my birthday a few months back. As unexpected the gift was, the cake really left a sweet taste in my mouth that i could not let go for a long time. As a result, I gifted the same cake for one of my friend's sweet little party which I could not personally attend. She loved it! One of the best cakes i ever had ( no exaggeration involved here) and i am sure my friend would say the same too. - Vips"

"I dont think exact cake was delivered as shown in the figure. Packing should be easy to take it off such that we can use it unlike once we take the supportive it takes the chocolate coasting. I have attached picture for your reference, see one side chocolate coating is completely taken off"

Mother's Day Gifts May 18, 2012
"I'm always looking for something different as gifts, so I purchased two of these for Mother's Day gifts. One for my aunt and one for my mom. I called them on Sunday to see how they liked them. Mom said when they got theirs the sides had fallen, so they put it in the freezer to eat later. My aunt's arrived with part of the side of theirs fallen down but they ate it and said it was delicious. I had read some reviews and new of this issue but gambled that they would arrive in tack. One went to CA and the other to AZ. This will be a one time purchase, I gambled and lost. Even if the product taste great, you do expect it to be all in one piece."

"I sent this to a friend to her office, just to surprise her for her B-day. She loved it, cake arrived intact, tasted superb, really made her day. The only flaw was the delivery because the reception routed it to a mairoom, instead calling her right away. Apparently it was not known that this is a cake and it went to mailroom."

"LOVED IT! Even thought the frosting was pealing off when it was delivered, that was easy to fix - we were going to wait for Easter but dove right into it. While it is small, it is very RICH so cut small pieces for your guests. It was AMAZING! Loved it and would recommend it but know the frosting may get a bit smashed. The chocolate mousse and just little bit of cake surrounding it plus the frosting would make Homer Simpson say,' mmmmmmmm......chocolate!'"

"This cake was unbelieveable!! My son sent this to me for my birthday and it simply melted in you mouth. This is a chocolate lover's dream!! Very rich, very creamy!! Would not recommend this if it was mailed during the hot months, as there is no way something with this much mousse could withstand hot weather. It was wonderful and made turning a year older bearable!!! :)"
