"I ordered 10 cherries & 6 berries as a Mother's Day gift for my wife. On the scheduled day, only 6 berries arrived. An email to Customer Service was answered in under 2 hours, Friday night!! The courteous response informed me a replacement order was on the way, with a follow-up apology and discount for future orders.
I wish I could say the replacement was perfect. It wasn't - again, only berries, no cherries. Another email to customer service (to inform of the odd repeated error) received a reply in under 3 minutes!! Sincere apologies accompanied an offer of refund.
Both orders (!) of berries were great. With customer service like this, will be back."
