"I NEVER write reviews. However, I felt it was necessary and deserved in this case. One of the best customer experiences I've had in a long time. Sent Mom this as a Mother's Day gift. Package arrived minus the cookies! I called the customer service number and expected some type of battle as is usually the case, but not @ Shari's. THEY RE-SENT THE ENTIRE ORDER AND ALL I ASKED THEM TO DO WAS TO SEND THE COOKIES. Needless to say, Mom was more than excited to get another 10 chocolate covered cherries and another dozen chocolate covered strawberries in addition to her cookies. All of the food was outstanding as well. After the way Shari's handled the problem, they have most definitely earned a customer for life and I've already told a lot of people. Thanks Shari's!"

"My Wife loved the Cherries and Cookies but said the Strawberries were not very sweet but tart. The chocolate saved the day though. We may have had an old batch of strawberries who knows."

"The strawberries were very fresh, and my mom loved them, but within 3 days they started to loose their freshness and when a week had gone by and there were only two left, my mom had to toss them, because there was a tiny spot of mold starting to form on the strawberry:( So bottom line is that this is great stuff, just make sure that if you are getting strawberries, eat them within five days of receiving them. The cookies and cherries do not seem to spoil nearly as fast, and both are great!"
