"I purchased this for my sister. The berries arrived on time (and were delicious!) but the accompanying happy birthday card was not included. I called customer service, who immediately apologized and reshipped the whole order. (I would have just taken the card, but they don't sell it separately.) So the next day, a whole new dozen berries were sent - WITHOUT THE CARD! I was less than pleased! When I called customer service again, they offered to try a third time or give a refund. I took the refund - so all in all, I had a good experience with customer service, but overall, I was disappointed that the order was messed up twice."
