"I ordered these beautiful berries for my daughter's bridal shower. It was to be the centerpiece of our food table. They arrived as scheduled - 3 hours prior to the event. However, they had gotten very warm and were sweating. There were 9 out of the 24 that were somewhat smashed/cracked. The greenery was dark and wilted. We only tried to eat a couple of them -- terrible. And one had already started growing mold. Needless to say, I contacted customer service. They were terribly sorry and refunded my full amount paid. But we were sadly left without the beautiful/yummy centerpiece :-("
