"I bought my first berries a few years ago - they were GREAT!! This Christmas I ordered two dozen dark choc. berries - when they arrived the berries were still green... My wife's from Oregon, so knows her berries! When I called in to report the problem, the agent was very apologetic and offered me either a refund or replacement (better) berries. I asked for replacement - they arrived within a couple of days. These were much better, riper berries, but still not quite up to our memory of the first I ordered (larger berries, sweeter, juicier...). But the second batch were far better than the first - no significant complaints from my berry-eater!! Are y'all affected by season? Late spring/summer berries (grown outdoors) were always better than fall (if any). I plan to order more - is there a better time of the year to get them, or are they the same, regardless?"
