"I wish I could have received fresh berries....Unfortunately, I have to give my rating as poor. I don't know if it was necessarily the fault of Sheris Berries or FedEx. FedEx tried to deliver twice after normal business hours. She works at a school and normal hours are 7:00 to 4:30. The driver came by at 4:55 both days. We received the berries 2 days after the ship date and were not fresh and Chocolate started to melt and berries were not cold. When ordering, Sheries berries should ask if there are special delivery instructions. I will by my berries at the store where they have at least been kept cool. Sorry, I hate writing reviews like this, but I was really very disappointed"
