"I've seen the images on the site and on tv and the strawberries were large and plump. The strawberries I received were small, and bruised. I know they were bruised because when I took a bite, the chocolate broke off and revealed the ugly inside. Definitely not worth the price I paid."

"I have always loved Shari's Berries and recommended them often to others. This order was disappointing on so many levels. The order was received one day late with no notification. The cookies were hard and the strawberries were weepy. The chocolate on both was hard. The product received was definitely not fresh. I shouldn't say I will never order again because I've had such good orders up until this one, but it will be awhile. New managemenet? I wonder."
