Chocolate tasted like plastic May 17, 2013
"My husband bought these for me for Mother's Day and I was very disappointed. They looked terrific, but the chocolate tasted like plastic and fell apart with each bite. It didn't help that I kept biting into stem that was had been melted into the chocolate. I even gave a few to my kids (who eat any candy happily). One didn't finish the chocolate and the other 2 refused additional servicings. I found them messy and hard to eat. Next time I hope he buys the chocolates I like that are half the price."

"I sent these beauties to my daughter for Mother's Day. She received them as promised. When she opened the package she & her son enjoyed 1 or 2 together. The next morning they opted to skip the usual breakfast and eat the rest. Later on that day, we had brunch together where she told me that she wish she could have saved 1 for me to try, But "they they were so big and so sweet" she said. Needless to say, I got such a big hug and a very sweet thank you from her and my grandson."

"I received these as a gift for Mother's Day and they were absolutely delicious!! I told my husband I will be expecting these for Birthdays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Anniversaries, Just Because for all the years to come!!! I read many reviews where people were complaining about size, my strawberries were big and very satisfying. The dozen lasted me 3 days and on the 3rd day, the strawberries were still good. I don't write many reviews, but had to share my opinion!! Worth the money!!!"

"I ordered these for my mother, wife and the three mothers of my grandkids. Five in all with something extra for each one. Ordering was fast and easy. All of the packages were delivered on time. I am not happy with the quality. The dozen my wife received were not near as neatly dipped as the pictures indicate. The hulls are covered by the chocolate which made eating them messy. There was chocolate everywhere. The contents of the box were warm and the berries mushy. All the stay-cold packs had thawed. It was not warm on Friday and the box spent less then two hours on the porch after it was delivered. All of the mothers were happy and I guess that is the important thing."

"After hearing constant radio advertisments...I placed 3 orders for Mother's Day gifts. My face dropped when i opened the gift to myself, when my box contained only 10 strawberries and they were not at all as described or as pictured, however my stomach sanked with the thoughts of what my 2 gifts yet to arrive to my mom and mom in law would be. My mom's order which i did not find out because of her not wanting to tell me because she said its my thoughtfulness that she wishes to remember was the worst of all 3 orders...her berries arrived all melted with all small strawberries so she never actually got to see or taste a beautiful Unforgetable Shari's berry as the company advertises! Im enclosing photos of my delivery...I was fortunate to have received the same day a beautiful Edible Arrangement and photos of their berries and Shari's show there is no comparision and you make your choice, but as for me Edible Arrangement wins my future business...never Shari's berries again! Not worth the expense! I placed a review that same day but it has never made it, let's see if this one makes it on their reviews section?"

Such a dissapointment! May 14, 2013
"My mother-in-law bought these for me for Mother's day. I was so excited when I got home and found the empty box outside. (My husband had been home when they delivered them and took them out to put in the refrigerator because the dry ice in the packaging was warm.) When I opened up the box of berries they were a mess! The entire box of berries was covered in moisture. Those little paper things under the berries did nothing but create a sponge for them to sit on and every single one of them was mushy on the bottom. I decided to cut the berry in order to avoid eating the bottom but then all the chocolate fell off and I was left eating the berry and chocolate separate. Another thing was that the entire berry was covered in chocolate, which made me think the whole berry should be edible, but it wasn't. Out of the dozen berries 5 of them had large green pieces of stem hiding under the chocolate. Will not be ordering again!"

Disappointing May 14, 2013
"I ordered from this site for the first time for mothers day. BIG MISTAKE. My mother received the berries in a soaked box. The ice was completely melted so the strawberries sat on a bag of warm water. For the money I paid that is not exceptable at all. I will not order from this site again. I hate my mothers gift was reuined due the rotten strawberries provided by Sharis berries. I do hope for future customers that Sharis berries can do better when it comes to shipping fresh berries that hasn't been melted and rotten tasting."

Not worth it May 13, 2013
"Sent to my wife for Mother's Day. Same complaint as I've read already. The whole berry was covered in chocolate and the stems were still on the strawberry. Strawberry stems aren't very tasty even covered in chocolate. Also the chocolate would fall apart and make a mess with every bite. Not sure how long they should last but I would think they should last longer than 3 days. Mine did not"
