"I was leaving town for a special event this past weekend, had the berries delivered to me on Thursday. They had arrived later in the day - still nice & cool. The next day started my road trip. I re froze the ice pack over night. Put it back into the box the berries arrived in and started my journey. The berries traveled in my trunk in their insulated box for about 6 hours. For about 5 hours, the temperature was well over 100 degrees. When I arrived at my destination it was 127 degrees out. They berries were consumed a few hours later. Though the ice pack was completely melted by now, the berries were refreshingly cool, just as beautiful as when they arrived, and simply amazing!! I have heard stories of how a late delivery and extreme temps lead to awful berries.. I do not see how that is possible, since I had put the berries to an extreme test with the summer heat and they were fine! Can't wait for my next order."
