"I understand that with Mother's Day orders were at a high volume, but I ordered 30 cookies, not 10 cookies and a stuffed bear. Also, I didn't appreciate that when I went back to the website after learning of the substitution, the 30 cookies were still an option to purchase. If you didn't have enough inventory to fulfill my order, how is it still available on the website two days later? I understand that substitutions are part of the deal if my item is not available, but all I take away is that either your inventory management systems are not well linked to your website, or whoever picked my order just grabbed the wrong product. I'm not very pleased and would not recommend this company to a friend."
